About the Speaker

Chee Keong Teo
Associate Partner, EY Singapore

Chee Keong Teo is Associate Partner at EY Singapore and a core member of the EY APAC Assurance Blockchain Team. He leads digital asset evaluation, supporting clients with audit, compliance, and advisory services. His career spans central banking at MAS, running a crypto exchange, and designing technology for regulatory applications.

He brings deep experience in blockchain infrastructure (public/private, MPC, wallet architecture), compliance and regulation (FATF travel rule, MAS PSA licensing), and digital finance systems (primary/secondary trading, custody, settlement).
