Huy Nguyen Trieu is Co-Founder of CFTE. He previously served as Managing Director at Citi, was the first FinTech Resident Expert at Oxford Saïd Business School and is an Associate Fellow there. He is a graduate of MIT and École Polytechnique and the author of The AI-fication of Jobs.

At CFTE, Huy has led work at the intersection of AI, financial services, talent and institutional transformation, including the AI Leadership Academy with UK Finance and collaboration with the Financial Conduct Authority on AI capability and the AI in Finance Observatory. His contribution to this programme focuses on strategic patterns, mental models, leadership choices and the future of financial services.

Mohammed Rahim spent almost two decades at Standard Chartered and served as Group Chief Data Officer, leading enterprise Data & AI across 54 markets. His experience includes a Board-approved Group Data & AI strategy, more than 40 production AI use cases, enterprise GenAI tools, a Group AI Factory, and responsible-AI governance, data quality and privacy controls.

He has been involved in many of Singapore's responsible-AI initiatives, including work linked to FEAT and Veritas. He now advises boards and executives through Data Heartbeat. His contribution to this programme focuses on the organisational, governance and operating-model conditions required for AI to scale responsibly.
