Dr Laura Arenas is a visionary Risk Officer with more than a decade of international experience in digital resilience and enterprise risk transformation across leading financial and technology institutions. As COO Risk Officer – Digital Resilience at Allianz Technology, she leads global risk governance frameworks integrating cyber, IT, and operational domains.

She holds a PhD in Business specialising in risk modelling and emerging technologies, has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, and contributed multiple book chapters. Beyond her professional achievements, Dr Arenas is a Global Ambassador for Women in AI and an Editorial Board Member for key academic journals.
