Tram Anh Nguyen is Co-Founder of CFTE, a global education platform in digital finance, and Chairwoman of Global Women in AI. Before launching CFTE in 2017, she spent nearly two decades in wealth management at Standard Chartered, Dresdner Kleinwort and UBS, advising ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices.
She co-authored the world's largest Fintech Job Report and founded the Future Skills Forum, convening policymakers, educators and industry leaders to advance human capital transformation in the age of AI. She also serves as a Board Advisor of the Global Finance and Technology Network (GFTN) by MAS Singapore, an Entrepreneurship Expert at Oxford's Saïd Business School, an Industry Fellow at Imperial College, and co-Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore's Fintech and Finance Committee.
Under her leadership, CFTE has educated over 260,000 alumni across 130+ countries, partnering with governments, regulators and financial institutions worldwide on large-scale reskilling programmes.

Huy Nguyen Trieu is Co-Founder and CEO of CFTE. He has spent over two decades at the intersection of finance, technology, and capability building, working with leading institutions across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
He is the author of The AI-fication of Jobs, exploring how AI is reshaping careers, hiring, and the future of work in financial services. A former Managing Director at Citi, Huy has also played a key role in shaping fintech education at Oxford University and has worked extensively with banks, regulators, and governments to help professionals stay ahead in a fast-changing industry.

Douglas Arner is a leading academic and author in the field of financial technology, regulation, and law. He is co-author, with Ross P. Buckley and Dirk A. Zetzsche, of 'FinTech: Finance, Technology and Regulation', a comprehensive reference on the technological transformation of finance and the role of regulation.
His work explores the regulatory approach to new financial technologies, country strategies to support innovation, and the core role of technology in finance throughout human civilisation.
