Tram Anh Nguyen

is the co-Founder of CFTE and an Industry Fellow at Imperial College Business School.

She firmly believes that in a world dominated by technology, people must remain at the centre of society and organisations, and that education and training are key to helping individuals adapt and thrive within our fast paced world, in particular the rapidly developing AI world.

This motivation drove her to launch CFTE, an education platform supported by senior leaders from the largest institutions, startups and universities around the world – to help bridge the worlds of finance and technology, so individuals acquire the new skills of Finance 2.0 and see opportunities.

Starting her career at Standard Chartered, she was a trader and market maker on the emerging market desk in New York. She joined Dresdner Kleiwort Benson in London, then a career with UBS Wealth Management, where she worked with UHNW families. She has navigated extensively between the corporate and entrepreneurial world, and understand the excitement and challenges.

She strongly believes in lifelong learning. She is a frequent speaker in Europe and Asia. She is an Ambassador to Epic Foundation and supports Women in Finance societies.

Of Vietnamese origin, she was born in France and lived in Paris, New York and now London. She has an understanding of both Asian and Western cultures and love to bring the best of them together. She is a proud mum of 3 daughters.
