Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical or coding experience?
No. The programme is non-technical and does not require coding experience. Technical concepts are explained so that finance professionals can understand how the technology works, how it is applied and what questions they should ask.
How long does the programme take, and how long will I have access?
The programme contains approximately 15 hours of self-paced content. You have access for 12 months from the date of enrolment. Contact CFTE if you need additional time.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. You will receive a digital CFTE certificate after successfully completing the programme. The certificate has CPD and IBF accreditation and can be shared online or added to your LinkedIn profile.
Can my employer pay for the programme?
Yes. Your employer can pay for your enrolment directly, reimburse you through a professional development budget or request an invoice from CFTE. For teams, see the section on building AI capability across your organisation.
What is the refund policy?
You may request a refund during the first month of the programme, provided you have completed no more than 50% of the programme content.
