AI is entering a new phase in financial services. After the first wave of data, analytics and predictive models, and the second wave of generative AI tools, the third wave is about AI becoming embedded in workflows, decisions and organisational capability.
This session provides a leadership perspective on what this means for financial institutions, focusing on one central question: how should leaders respond when AI capabilities are accelerating faster than traditional organisations can change?
The session closes with a brief introduction to the UK Finance AI Leadership Academy, designed to help senior leaders build the judgement, confidence and shared language required to lead in this next phase of AI.
