AI Leadership Academy

The AI Leadership Academy is a six-part online workshop series for senior leaders in financial services. The programme runs from July to September 2026, with an intentional structure: two high-impact sessions in July to create urgency and practical exposure, a lighter reflection period in August, then a structured activation sequence in September covering agentic AI, use-case prioritisation, governance and operating-model execution.

Each session is a half-day online workshop (09:00–12:30), combining strategic briefings, AI-in-action demonstrations, leadership application exercises and peer discussion.
